A good option is to head to the Mal Pais and Playa Santa Theresa area. A surfer haven, you can find a number of resorts here that are willing to fulfill your every whim and need. Another top tourist destination to head for is Jaco, which caters to the surfer crowds as well as younger couples. If you are here with your family, Quepos and it adjoining area is a great region to stay at, being so close to the Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio or Manuel Antonio National Park.
