Quepos Sailfishing Charters

Costa Rica sport fishing off the Quepos coastline is unlike any other sport fishing in the world. Sailfish are abundant throughout the year, but from late December through May, you should expect to see many free jumpers and excessive amounts of fish.

The fishing off of Quepos are famous for the numbers of sailfish, but there is also a good chance to hook into a big marlin. These cobalt waters hold large dolphin fish, known as dorado, as well as several species of tuna and wahoo.

Deep Sea fishing off of Quepos offers an opportunity to tangle with roosterfish, cubera snapper, and broomtail grouper.

Often five to fifteen Marlin and Sailfish are caught daily throughout the year, which makes for a memorable and productive sport fishing vacation.
