The province of Limón is well known for its amazing national parks, whitewater rafting and pristine beaches with nice surf. Now is the home of the newest tourist attraction, Veragua Rainforest Research & Adventure Park.

Veragua Rainforest Research & Adventure Park is located only 40 minutes from the Caribbean town of Limón, the park includes among other attractions, the largest indoor nocturnal frog exhibit in the world, butterfly garden, reptile vivarium, hummingbird garden, a fascinating sky-tram ride through the rainforest canopy, spectacular walking trails or hanging bridges through the primary rainforest treetops and a magnificent waterfalls; all surrounded by breathtaking panoramic views of La Amistad International Park.

Veragua Rainforest Research & Adventure Park is located on a 1300-hectare private reserve surrounded entirely by Rainforests. The park is a buffer zone for La Amistad International Park (“Friendship International Park”), which is shared by the countries of Costa Rica and Panamá.

The region’s consistently pleasant climate makes a visit to Veragua Rainforest a fabulous experience all year round.
