ABOUT US
The Spanish Global Learning Academy is a private institute devoted to instruct, inspire and cultivate the Spanish language proficiency of its international participants.
We do not only expect our participants to learn Spanish, but we want them to live Spanish by having the best experience possible. Our primary objective is to provide a comfortable learning environment, where our participants are capable of learning Spanish as well as enjoy the bountiful beauties of Costa Rica.
Our staff is friendly, well trained and all our language professors hold degrees in linguistics and/or philology in the Spanish language.
LOCATION
The Spanish Global Learning Academy is located 75 meters south of the Artistica in the quiet San Jose suburb of Rohrmoser. Our facility is a short taxi ride from downtown San Jose. Within only minutes is La Sabana, San Jose’s Central Park, which is a great place to relax by the lake, play soccer, ride a horse or jog. Located within only minutes are both Plaza Rohrmoser and Plaza Mayor, which contain various shops, restaurants and food courts; ranging from typical Costa Rican food to fast food such as Pizza Hut and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
FACILITY
Our facility contains five classrooms, kitchen area, dancing area, barbeque and bar area and backyard equipped with a swimming pool. Our intimate atmosphere provides the tranquil environment needed to thoroughly learn a new language. We are a tight knit community where our participants are like family. The institute provides the foundational core for the participants’ language immersion.
