I am not sure how or where to start. My vacation was heaven, The staff went out of their way to make sure that everyone's needs were taken care of. The staff went above and beyond what was expected of them. Because of that our vacation was stress free. I can't thank everyone of the staff enough. If you are planing a trip to Costa Rica do it first class at Buena Onda.

My husband and I are celebrating our 70th birthdays this year. We wanted to spend time with our children, their spouse and grandchildren - ages 3 to 19 years of age. After many weeks of searching for a place we could gather to celebrate our family. We found the perfect place where we ate all meals together every day for 8 days. We played in the two pools and were served by Christian who created any drink we wanted - from water, cokes, to fun beach drinks! We were pampered with any activity you could think of by the incredible staff - especially Dianna. They were personable, joyful, professional, incredible!!!!!! We have a grandson who is lactose intolerant and another grandson with cerebral palsy (tube fed). Our personal chef met all of our needs and then some. The presentation of the food, as well as the flexibility of meal times, was marvelous. The staff booked all the excursions we wanted to do and everyone was seamless. We went canopy zip lining, four wheel riding, white water river rafting, jungle raft riding, massages right at the villa - anything we wanted to do. The villa was immaculately cleaned every single day. The staff actually did our laundry (not just towels, but clothing). The security was amazing - all night security guard just to make sure all are safe. Every bedroom had an incredible view. The beds were amazing comfortable. The view from the porches of the villa are breathtaking! We overlooked the spectacular, lush,hillside with the Pacific Ocean in full view. The people of Costa Rica are the kindest people! They smiled and greeted us wherever we went. The little village (just a 10 minute walk into town) gives you the flavor of Costa Rica - bright colors and the beauty of black sand beaches. We could not have wanted a better experience and will definitely return to VILLA BUENA ONDO! If you contemplating a villa stay in Costa Rica VILLA BUENA ONDA is the perfect vacation to relax, enjoy life and be pampered beyond your wildest imagination!!!!!!!

Our stay with friends at Buena Villa Onda in January was an incredible experience. Our rooms were lovely and well maintained, the views beautiful and service superb. Gabrielle prepared wonderful meals and Chritian,our bartender, took wonderful care of us. The staffs awareness of our needs and comforts and their friendly, gracious manner was a delight. They laughed with us, endured our teasing, and made us feel so welcome. Dayana was so organized and in control. Our boat trip to our own private island and the rafting trip were well planned and very enjoyable due to the efforts and personalities of the staff - such fun - no hassles for us. We also appreciated your protectiveness in making sure of our safety at all times. We were happy to have a security guard on staff making us feel even safer. The staff was incredible - so personable. They worked so well together attending to our every need. They made our stay everything we could have hoped for and more. Our Costa Rican vacation was one of the best ever with our friends. We all felt a special connection with Dayana and the staff. Thank you!
