Impeccable! And really inexpensive for what it offers. A warm welcome and constant attention, helpful staff, very comfortable rooms, charming adjacent lounges, beautiful swimming pool plus Jacuzzi, great dining room and bar, good food, an internet place with a billiard table, lots of nice artistic details, I adored this hotel. Though it claims to be the only gay hotel in San Jose, I felt no malaise at all to be here (solo 59 years old woman) and the heterosexual couples weren’t either. Families are welcome and I would not hesitate to encourage them to come. If I return to San Jose, it is here that I shall return, that’s for sure.
