Adobe Rent a Car - Airport - Liberia

"Outstanding experience. Everyone was terrific, fluent bilinguals who were very efficient and kind. Shuttle runs every few minutes between Liberia office and airport. Office has bathrooms, water, couches and TV. During the trip, I accidentally got the car stuck in a ditch in Puntarenas and damaged it. So many kind locals stopped to make sure I was ok, called the local police, stayed with me and helped translate. Police arrived right away to pull out the car and wrote a report for Adobe. Called the 24/7 Adobe emergency line - they extremely helpful telling us what to do, constantly staying in touch by phone, and let me know I had nothing to worry about. We needed to get to the airport early next morning, before Adobe could come out to give us a new car, so they sent a private taxi to drive us back to the airport 3 hours away. When we arrived, Adobe completed our paperwork in 5 minutes, took care of everything, and were just happy we were not hurt in any way. We had complete ease of mind the whole time knowing we were in good hands. (Also glad I paid the extra $90 for full insurance, so I owed nothing for all the damage and trouble I caused.) The worker even said he was sorry I'd had a bad experience, though it was my fault. I apologized for damaging the car and he said, "Oh no, it is only material -- the important thing is you are safe." They not only got me safely and quickly out a bad situation, but restored my faith in humanity. Would highly recommend Adobe."

"Everyone at Adobe Rent a Car were informative and helpful. Our car started making funny noises and they came out in the middle of a huge rainstorm (huge even for Costa Rican standards) to bring us a new car. Definitely recommend purchasing the upgraded insurance as the Costa Rican roads are unpaved and full of rocks and potholes. Thank you to all of our friends at Adobe!!"
