Hotel staff isn't welcoming. I found that if I didn't volunteer greetings the staff would simply ignore my presence. Reception staff seems constantly busy counting money, processing paper work, etc and consequently one must wait to be noticed. Reception staff is easily flustered and offers close to no help with what one would think are common requests: tourism guides, information about surrounding restaurants, etc. Rooms' bathrooms were not clean. All services are very expensive. Example: a hotel taxi cab charged me $24 USD for a round-trip ride from the hotel to Denny's - he didn't have to wait or anything. When I asked the hotel staff about the charge, they said it was a good price. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this hotel again.
