We highly recommend Paradise Villas. The location was perfect. It is right off the beach, and shops and restaurants and everything! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool is the nicest in the area (we compared!). We've been married for 17 years, and this was by far our best vacation yet. We will definately return to Costa Rica and Jaco Condos.

6 of us stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and it was wonderful,We had everything we could have wanted for the 8 days we stayed there.The grounds were kept up and clean and the pool was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful I felt extremely safe there. We were within walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops.
I really can't say enough wonderful things about the place we loved it and are already planning to go back in 2011.

I was really impressed by the well groomed green areas all the common areas were really clean. Everybody respected the swimming pool rules and unlike other places all the people I encounter were not drunk. It was a very healthy family environment.
The accommodation was as expected everything I was told about this place it was real.
At my arrival the guards were very polite and informative. The administrator was kind and patient, she didn’t rush for the money as many people tent to do in this tourist area.
I am planning to go back within a week to relax. I really recommend this place.
The only thing that was missing it was a fridge full of food, but we can not ask for miracles.

Surfs up.The best location to go surfing.The condo is in a secure setting 24/7 with many perks huge pool/hot tub/cold airconditioning much more.
A must do in Jaco.Best priced condo I found.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACES IN JACO TO RELAX AND ENJOY EVERYTHING AROUND YOU.THE STAFF WAS EXCELLANT AND THE COND WAS WARM AND COZY AND I COULD WALK TO EVERYTHING.I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY HERE.

I have stayed here many times, i love the proximity to downtown. The condo is not like staying at the hilton but it isn't bad at all. I have stayed in 3 star hotels which are 10 times worst than this. There is a maid service but you have to ask for it and it cost $10 i believe. At least here there is hot warer, clean towels, a clean bed and real kitchen with air conditioning. I am no way affilitated with the company that rents these out but i can say that it is definitly the best bang for the buck and one of the cleanest places to stay in Jaco and i have been coming down here for 7 years.
