Worst stay ever, Checked in for 9 days. Left after 3 days.(with 24 Hour notice) Best Western would not refund any money, and stated that they did not care if we left, as they got paid, no warm water for for shower, Beds so hard could not sleep, very small room, Breakfast plan, turned out to be a continental breakfast next door at Denneys. No place to dine, on New Years Eve the Casino shut down with no warning. Just blocked people from entering. Worst experience ever. Will never stay at another Best Western or book with Expedia again. This lesson almost cost my wife and I the dreamed of vacation. We moved to Punteranus - Hilton Double Tree and salvaged the almost runined vacation.

Every time I visit San Jose I stay at the Best Western Irazu. It has all the amenities at or nearby, including free airport pickup, free breakfast, 1 hour of free drinks at night, 4 restaurants that you can safely walk to. The hotel itself is very nice and it surrounds a very pretty pool area. The staff has always been very nice. I love this hotel.

Every time I visit San Jose I stay at the Best Western Irazu. It has all the amenities at or nearby, including free airport pickup, free breakfast, 1 hour of free drinks at night, 4 restaurants that you can safely walk to. The hotel itself is very nice and it surrounds a very pretty pool area. The staff has always been very nice. I love this hotel.

The Best Western Irazu is a beautiful hotel. It is conveniently located near San Jose but far enough away. I really like the Cantina Bar and the Casino that is located at the hotel. I will be staying there on my next visit to San Jose, Costa Rica.
