We live in Playa Samara and when we decided to get married there was no better place in Costa Rica then to do it here at home in beautiful Playa Samara. After contacting several hotels in the area and being dissapointed with obsurd pricing or little to no service the only hotel that stepped up and offered their location and went out of their way to help us was Hotel Villas Playa Samara. Phillip (Owner) and Pierre (manager) were wonderful, helpful and excited to host our event and guests even being a small event of 19 invited guests. The location of the hotel on the beach with plenty of green space, it's wonderful pool, restaurant and location close to town made us feel like we were in a tropical resort, and we were. The requests we made were agreed upon and fullfilled as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend V.P.S. to anyone at anytime for any reason. I would also suggest when you email/phone in your reservation to follow up with a phone call as they can be a little slow on their email replies.
