Not only Europcar, but all the services / hotels booked for our Costa Rica trip were exceptional. The service at the rental counter was smooth and quite fast, although there was a lot going on there being high season. Thanks to the agent for taking the time to give us directions & maps, and going through the route we needed to follow. We'd have been lost without his help!
