Los departamentos son muy acogedores y amplios, el servicio de limpieza es muy bueno, pero debo destacar por sobretodo la excelente atención y hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan en Galiza, se dedican 100% a que nos sintamos como en casa, o mejor que en casa.
Quiero destacar la atención de Yahaira, quien siempre tuvo una sonrisa para atendernos y siempre un sí a cualquier problema que se nos presentara. Da gusto llegar a un lugar como Galiza, es 100% recomendable.

For work reasons I have had to be in Costa Rica for 10 months, staying at the Hotel Galicia Suite, where I sense to be in family with hospitality and care Jahaira (Supervisor of the hotel) and all people who work with her. They have been very supportive during this long time away from my country and away from my family.

I stayed t the Galiza Suites in Santa Ana Costa Rica for a few weeks stay and wanted to pass along some good news to other travellers. The Suites at Galiza are comfortably sized and are very bright and colorful. The very large balconies give an excellent view of the mountains. The decor is very 'stylish' as opposed to overly comfortable or elegant. Please do not get me wrong I just want to note that they are not plush or elegant but stylish in demeanour and they are comfortable to live in just is not the decor. Everything is kept impeccably clean by the staff and is easy to maintain yourself.
The staff what is there not to like about. They are a fantastic resource for you and will help with what ever is needed. Locations of restraunts, banks and other attractions no problem.
I am an individual with an amputated arm and a mild walking disability. Galiza suites were accessible for myself and after my assessment there are rooms which would be considered wheel chair accessible(2 bedroom accessible suite). The one bedroom suites offer a shower stall with a small lip into the shower(2 inches or so) very unique for Costa Rica.
While other places state they are accessible most offer a shower stall with a 12 inch lip or more into the shower, please be careful about this.
I have been to several aparthotels ect in Costa Rica and for the money the service quality and awesome location is beat by none!

We had a very pleasant stay at Galiza. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the apartment with all its facilities including kitchen and laundry. They even organized whatever Tours we wanted. Overall we very much enjoyed our visit and we will tell our friends and relatives for future references.

We couldn´t tell you how wonderful our experience was in Galiza, at the begininng we were suppose to be here for a couple months, but finally we stayed for four. Our stay was due to we were moving to Costa Rica, so we needed to wait for our stuff to come, I thought it´s was though to be away from home and in a new country, and even more staying in a Hotel, but let me tell you, this:
Galiza is far away from the hotel concept I could expect to find, they have the instinct to provide a VIP treatment, that we thought many times our decision couldn´t have been better. Galiza has emerged like one of the best options for long term stays, we looked for many options, and despite you could find different choices, none of them have the brand new building were they are located, incredible staff, furniture and decoration that make you feel in a new home, very good security systems, so you will feel safe, comfortable, and very very well attended. In Galiza, since I was with my wife and kids, I didn´t miss home, Galiza was our home for 4 months. Thanks to all of you, Don Juan Carlos, Doña. Manuela, Doña Cecilia, Don Sergio and all the girls from housekeeping Lidieth, Paola, Yahaira, Johana among others that were great but their names didn´t come to my mind, thank you for your impecable work. If I would need to stay in San Jose, for business or pleasure, Galiza is like no other option.

The location is very good, you are close to San Jose and the tourist spots without being on top of them.
The rooms are quite spacious and fully equiped.
All the items described i.e internet, A/C, kitchen, ect., ect. where just as advertised...perhaps even better.
Everything, and I do mean everything is spotless, the staff was very helpful and very patient with my non-existant spanish.
They even arranged some last minute tours for me, at very reasonable prices I might add.
So a heartfelt "Thank you" to the staff of Galiza Business apartments, you will see me again.
