Looking over the treetops towards the crystalline Pacific waters kissing the sandy and deserted beaches, is nestling "Cuna del Angel" (the craddle of an angel) in a private and remote area, who's owners made every effort to create a unique in the typical colonial style with endless details. It's 9 Km south of Dominical between the coastal road and the only 500 m distant Pacific ocean in the south

El acceso a este hotel es fácil, las habitaciones son cómodas pero definitivamente su decoración no se ajusta a la publicidad que se hace de ellas y podría decirse que hasta carecen de sentido histórico a pesar de presentarse como "habitaciones coloniales". A pesar de ello, el ambiente es muy relajante. El restaurante tiene un bonito ambiente y la comida aunque no es memorable es buena aunque sus tarifas no son congruentes con la calidad de las instalaciones. Por otro lado, el paisaje es ESPECTACULAR!!!!

we loved staying at the cuna del angel. the staff was delightful and very helpful. Our rooms were charming. the grounds were stunning. we ate dinner a few nights in the hotel and everyone loved their dinner. we'd come back for sure. we saw quite a bit of wild life as well, which was fun for us. monkeys, sloths, and toucans were just some of them. thanks for a great stay. kerri

Cuna del Angel is a very beautiful hotel that has one of the best spas that I have seen. It has amazing beach and sunsets views. We loved our stay there and are looking forward to staying there again on our next trip to Costa Rica.
