The property of Selina is a view in and of itself. With colorful umbrellas, plush, vibrant furnishings and an expansive view of the ocean, the property was designed to please the eye. When you walk out of your room, you have the choice between heading toward the beach and its cool, ocean waters or wading in the large, crystal pool with its poolside loungers and lush, surrounding foliage.
If you want to get your adrenaline pumping, Jacó is the place to do it. Jacó beach is renowned for its outstanding surf, a recognition of which many local surf gurus take advantage. Snag some lessons while you're in town or, if you already know how to surf, rent a board from a local rental shop.
Once you've had enough of the wind and surf, cruise over to one of the local tour companies. Take a crocodile river tour on the Tarcoles, or hike to five of the locale's waterfalls in a three-hour timespan. If you're feeling brave, climb the waterfalls instead of hiking to them, or go skydiving to catch a view—and an experience—you're not likely to forget.

Outside the walls of Selina, you will find dozens of restaurants with cuisine from across the globe. However, if you want to stay in for the night, Selina has an onsite restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat or just a drink or two before turning in for the night.
Selina is committed to preserving the integrity of Jacó. Every Saturday, the team heads out to Jacó beach to clean up trash. The community also offers a course on recycling in which it teaches visitors and local residents alike the importance of recycling and how they can reduce their carbon footprints. Finally, Selina is dedicated to reforestation and re-growing areas that have suffered a substantial impact.
Standard Room at Selina Jacó
Selina is truly a place for everyone, evident in its vast room selection. The hotel has 31 rooms of different sizes, but each guest gets to enjoy the same amenities.
Dormitory: Selina offers seven dormitory style rooms: A four bed, six bed, eight bed, 10 bed, 18 bed, 22 bed and four bedroom plus. Bunk up with your friends without sacrificing comfort.
Standard Room: If you want more privacy and intimacy, book a standard room. Standard rooms are ideal for two to four people, depending on whether you book the standard twin, standard triple or standard quadruple.
Deluxe Room: If you need more creature comforts and finer design, book the deluxe room. This room is intimate and designed for two people.
Unique Room: The Unique Room is Selina's most luxurious offering, with more modern conveniences, sound insulation and other extravagances. This room is ideal for two people who want to enjoy an intimate getaway full of adventure.
