Day 1:
Airport Pick-up and transfer to Finca Rosa Blanca Coffee Plantation & Inn Welcome to beautiful Costa Rica, Meet and Orientation. Go visit Costa Rica will make special arrangements to have representative in the entry of the airport. Outside the arrival areas, look for our representative who will be holding a white board with your last name on. Our driver will provide assistance with luggage and private transportation to the hotel.

The CST, regarded as the strictest and most demanding program in the world for verifying the sustainability of hotels and tour operators, awards from one to five “green leaves” to those entities which participate in the program. As of 2009, there are approximately 130 hotels and 10 tour operators which are certified by the CST.

Day 2:

We will pick you up for the Rain Forest Adventure Drive to Sarapiquí area, through the extraordinary rain forest of Braulio Carrillo National Park, one of the most important rainforest reserves of Costa Rica. On arrival to Sarapiqui, a beautiful area known for its impressive natural richness, you will board a boat for a relaxing ride on the Sarapiqui River where you will feel in close contact with nature and admire the inspiring surroundings. After the boat ride you will continue with a walk on Selva Verde eco lodge’s private trails which are a heaven for nature enthusiasts, hikers, bird and wildlife watchers. Following lunch and on route to San Jose, a visit to the famous Rainforest Aerial Tram is included, for a ride on a gondola through the tree canopy in company of a naturalist guide that will talk to you about the wonderful rainforest.
The Rain Forest Aerial Tram – Atlantic is a 475-hectares (1,200-acre) private reserve that shares a 10 km border with Braulio Carrillo National Park, constituting a buffer zone between the park and farming lands.

Day 3:

We will pick you up for the Poas Volcano and Doka Estate On route to the Poás Volcano National Park we will drive by the city of Alajuela to see the Agriculture Monument, the Monument to Juan Santamaria and the famous Mango Park. As we ascend towards the volcano we will notice the change in temperature and vegetation, preparing us for the pleasure of the exuberant cloud forest of the Poás Volcano. On the road to the volcano besides coffee plantations, we will also see fern, flower and strawberry farms along the way. At the Volcano we will not only have time to admire the impressive main crater with its sulfur fumaroles, but also to walk to the beautiful Botos Lagoon, and to learn about the different ecosystems in the park. Following the visit to the volcano we will continue to Doka Coffee Estate, an actual coffee plantation where we will learn about the ancient techniques used by the experts to produce one of the best coffees in Costa Rica. Learn about the careful process involved on the cultivation, harvesting and roasting of the Golden Bean... After the coffee to enjoy a delicious lunch followed by a visit to Grecia, considered one of the cleanest towns of Latin America and home of the only Metal Church in Central America, a national monument that the inhabitants of this town feel proud of. The tour of Grecia will end with a visit to its Central Market. This excursion will continue to Sarchí, known as the Cradle of Costa Rican Artisans because of its fine workshops. Here we will have time to enjoy the artistic work of the local artisans, learn about the famous hand painted Costa Rican oxcart and shop for that special souvenir to take home.

In the afternoon we will pick you up for the Arenal Area and Tabacon Grand Spa Located in the north of Costa Rica, the impressive Arenal Volcano is a natural phenomenon that attracts thousands and thousands of tourists due to its permanent and extraordinary volcanic activity, which on clear nights resembles fireworks with intermittent explosions of ash and lava. On the way to the imposing Arenal Volcano there will pass by diverse plantations with agricultural products, ornamental plants and cattle ranches until arriving to La Fortuna Town, Later on, you will relax at one of the best hot springs in the area where it is also possible to enjoy an optional massage or other special treatment that must be reserved ahead of time. Before going back to the hotel , a wonderful dinner will be served with a great view of the volcano so that you do not miss any opportunity to look out for the incandescent light explosions.

We will pick you up for Manuel Antonio National Park Manuel Antonio is a famous beach in Costa Rica beause of its various natural attractions. Manuel Antonio National Park, is a small park in the Central Pacific area.The National Park was established in 1972 with an area enumerating 4,014 acres (16.24 km²) (the smallest of any Costa Rican national park). In the limits of the national park you can visit 4 beaches that are within the limits of the park: Manuel Antonio, Espadilla, Escondido and Playita. It has a large light of sand that berms, this is why Manuel Antonio is a attraction to all people from different ages.Visitors enjoy hikes around this town and visiting all near beaches. Manuel Antonio has tidal pools which gives you the opportuity of snokeling and having a great time in the salted waters. It is always important to remember that there are no lifeguards and precaution must be taken.
