A small, boutique lodge in the middle of the Costa Rican Rainforest, Tiki Villas Rainforest Lodge & Spa is as committed to the environment as it is to its guests. It was designed to minimize its impact on the surrounding environment and seamlessly integrate into it instead. The entire property took three years to build by hand and in doing so, protected the natural topography. Furniture and doors throughout the lodge were built from recycled wood. The lodge uses biodegradable products, low-impact lighting and recycles or composts all its waste.

The spa is considered one of the best in the area and provides both individual and couples massages and treatments. Tiki Villas Rainforest Lodge & Spa is home to Las Velas Restaurant. Before you start your day, you'll find an a la carte breakfast. In the evening, the restaurant transforms into a candlelit paradise. The elegant, open-air design allows you to watch the sunset as you dine on locally sourced produce, free-range chicken, grass-fed beef and much more. Like the rest of the lodge, the restaurant aims to create little environmental impact. Dishes are inspired by chefs from all over the world and include a range of traditional Latin American meals as well as several from Europe and Asia.

Bungalows at Tiki Villas Rainforest Lodge & Spa
Tiki Villas Rainforest Lodge & Spa does not provide the traditional rooms. Instead, bungalows are available. Each bungalow provides gorgeous views overlooking the rainforest and the Pacific Ocean below, providing the perfect backdrop as you drift off to sleep or wake up to the sound of howler monkeys each morning. Each Balinese-style bungalow has an open-air design and its own covered balcony.
Bungalows are equipped with one king and one queen bed, complete with Egyptian cotton sheets. The separate walk-in closet provides plenty of space for you to unpack during your trip, and a safe deposit box protects your valuable as you enjoy the rest of the property or nearby attractions. Secure parking is also available for those who drive themselves to the lodge.
Do you prefer to prepare your own meals? The kitchenette features a refrigerator, hot plate, sink, coffee maker and all the utensils you will need. Complimentary premium Costa Rican coffees are available free of charge. Don't forget to grab one of the rainforest water bottles on your way out the door each morning.
After a long day, you can truly relax among the rest of nature by using your private outdoor shower or the boutique bathroom with an oversized shower inside. A hairdryer is provided for those who need it.
