Hotel Costa Verde has a wide variety of options for accommodations, from efficiency rooms to one of a kind suites. Accommodations are offered for all types of travelers, from couples and honeymooners to families and groups.
All rooms and suites are equipped with cable tv, digital air conditioning and ceiling fans, refrigerators, coffee maker and microwave. Guests can expect full bathrooms with free toiletries, hair dryers and plenty of fresh towels. A deposit box is available to keep valuables safe while you’re out enjoying your day. Rooms also include access to free Wi-Fi.
An assortment of handicap accessible rooms are available upon request for those with special needs.
Efficiency with Garden Views
The Efficiency with Garden View rooms are a nice choice for parties of up to four. The units are equipped with a kitchenette, a furnished balcony for relaxing and entertaining and two queen beds.
Studio Buildings B & D
These studio rooms offer more space than the efficiency units at 520 square feet and come complete with partial ocean and jungle views. Balconies offer more space for relaxation and enjoyment and kitchenettes are included as well.
The room type sleeps up to four guests with two beds provided.
Building B – Studio Plus with Ocean View
At 520 square feet, Studio B units are of similar size to standard studios but offer unbelievable panoramic views of the ocean and include a spacious balcony, allowing for even more relaxation in your own little slice of paradise.
The rooms king size and double beds can accommodate up to four guests and will ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Studio with Garden View (Adult Only)
The upper floor studio with garden view boasts 750 square feet of space and has its own private kitchen and dining area.
The room type features a large balcony, giving you even more private space and magnificent views of the garden. Furnished with two large beds, the room will comfortably accommodate up to four people and is reserved for adults only.
Bungalows
The Bungalows are designed for guests looking for privacy while still allowing for access to all the hotel has to offer.
Sleeping arrangements vary from studios with three queen beds to two room queen bed setups best for four guests. Note that a few of the bungalows are as much as 400 yards from the hotel reception. At an elevation of 300 feet, they offer exceptional ocean views from their private balconies.
Palm Tree Casita
The Palm Tree Casita is perfect for families!
The master has a king bed and a palm tree growing through the ceiling. The second bedroom has three additional queen beds, perfect for 6 adults or kids.
Costa Verde II
Costa Verde II has fourteen studio apartments and one spectacular penthouse set high on the bluffs above the adults only pool with views of the Pacific Ocean.
Perfect for weddings or events, this romantic location boasts views of Manuel Antonio National Park and is frequented by local curious monkeys and iguanas.
Casa Verdeville
Casa Verdeville is the newest addition to the property, boasting four apartments over two floors.
The two upstairs units offer 800 square feet of space, two queen beds, outdoor kitchenette and full ocean and jungle views while the downstairs units come with two queen beds, partial views and 550 square feet of space.
Casa Quinta
Casa Quinta is great for groups or families as it features four rooms including a master with two queens, two additional rooms with one queen each and a kids room with singles setup in bunk bed style.
The unit also has four bathrooms, a large terrace with ocean views, three flat screen TV’s and a very unique cathedral-style ceiling you have to see to believe!

727 Fuselage Home
The 727 Fuselage Home is a vintage 1965 Boeing 727 previously owned by South Africa Air and Avianca Airlines (Colombia).
The two bedroom suite features three queen beds, a covered terrace with chandelier and ocean views and hand crafted teak wood throughout. The plane sticks out of the jungle canopy offering 360 degree views and memories of one of the most unique stays you could ever imagine!
The Cockpit Cottage
The Cockpit Cottage is accessed via a suspended walkway. Featured in hundreds of TV shows and publications since its arrival in 2008, the suite offers a king sized bed, ocean views, teak finishes and ultimate privacy.
