"In July 2013, we visited Costa Rica for the first time. We decided to drive north from the airport and zipline in Monteverde. Ziplining was one of the top items on our to do list while in Costa Rica. After researching, I chose Costa Rica Sky Adventures, and I was very pleased with our experience. We did it all except the snake tour, and I wish we had done that too. It was AWESOME. The people who work there could not have been nicer, and I believe they have the longest and tallest ziplines there are. We were picked up promply from our motel where we had been fed breakfast, and the adventure began. After we arrived at the ziplining destination, they wanted to feed us again because it was included in our tour, but we told them we had already eaten breakfast. They said they would feed us lunch instead after the tour. I felt they did not have to feed us lunch, but they insisted. Eating lunch there topped off our adventure. The food was excellent. They let us take our time and told us they would take us back to the motel when WE were ready. I am ready to go again!"

"I had so much fun doing the ziplining! My guides were Dennis/Denis and Antony. They were so kind to me and the other gentleman on the tour (I don't remember his name.) I do not speak very much spanish, but the guides were able to speak a lot of english. We were able to take our time and even if I was a little scared at first. The guides were patient and helpful. I always felt safe. I am not sure which guide was buying a house and trying to figure out what window to get, but I hope they figured it out!!! I had a super time and the hanging bridges were cool, too.

"The only negative experience was with a tour booked for my husband and myself with Sky Trek in Monteverde on Dec. 1,'07. When we arrived for the tour the personel at the site seemed quite confused as to what we were doing there and we were obviously not expected. We attemped to explain to the Spanish speaking personel that we were there for their Sky Tram/Sky Walk tour. After a while they joined us with two spanish speaking tourists who had obviously zip-lined and were completing the 3 hanging bridges part of the tour. When we said we were supposed to have a tram ride,we were taken to the tram and given a brief ride in a vehicle which was obviously designed for the purpose of transporting zip liners to the top of the mountain. The guide, who was obviously more skilled in the zip lining part of the tour, spoke mostly spanish and had little command of English. The tour lasted one hour and 15 minutes, much less time than advertised, and we got into our car and left. The price of this tour was $100.00. I believe the tour was either misrepresented or the personel did not carry out their responsibilities to us. When I complained to the company about this treatment I was not given the courtesy of a reply. With this degree of mismanagement, I highly recommend avoiding the unpleasantness of dealing with this company. "
