As a Costa Rican tree frog, I spend most of my time hopping around the country's pristine jungles and seeing the sights. Yet, like most travelers, I like to take a dip every so often to see what life is like underwater. Though I prefer the ponds and streams that pop up throughout the many national parks that can be found throughout the Central American nation, many human travelers seem to explore the waters off the coasts of this great country by scuba diving in the Pacific or Caribbean. Some guests even like to go the extra step and get their scuba certification while in Costa Rica, something they'll have plenty of opportunities to do.
Boasting miles of stunning coastline on both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, Costa Rica is the ideal place for tourists to discover incredible underwater worlds on a scuba diving vacation.
