You'll be prepped for the rigors of scuba diving, including how to operate the breathing apparatus, move around underwater and basic safety procedures. The Isla del Caño is located around 12 miles off the coast of the Osa Peninsula, and en route to the island, you can enjoy the stunning views of Costa Rica's Pacific Coast. The trip takes about an hour and a half, and the water can get pretty choppy, so hold on tight!
